The steps to change your subscription plan type will differ depending on how you are subscribed. Please review the options below.
If you're using an Apple device, follow these steps to see if you have previously subscribed to Unplug through your Apple account:
- Open the Settings app
- Tap on your name
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Is Unplug listed? If so, tap to review your subscription details and select the plan type you wish to switch to.
- If Unplug is not listed, then you have not previously subscribed through the Apple account you're logged into. If you have multiple Apple accounts, you can check this same process for all accounts. If Unplug is not listed under any Apple accounts, you may need to find your subscription using one of the alternative options listed on this article.
If you're using an Android device, follow these steps to see if you have previously subscribed to Unplug through your Google Play account:
- Open the Google Play Store
- Tap Menu (3 small horizontal lines) and then Subscriptions
- Is Unplug listed? If so, tap to review your subscription details and select the plan type you wish to switch to.
- If Unplug is not listed, then you have not previously subscribed through the Google account you're logged into. If you have multiple Google Play accounts, you can check this same process for all accounts. If Unplug is not listed under any Google Play accounts, you may need to find your subscription using one of the alternative options listed on this article.
If you can't locate your Unplug subscription in your Apple or Google account, then you may be subscribed directly through the Unplug website:
- Log in to your account from a desktop or mobile browser (not the mobile app) at www.unplug.app
- Click the profile photo in the top right corner and click My Account
- Under the My Subscription tab, click Change Plan and select the plan to wish to switch to.
