The timer can be used for self-guided meditation, with or without sounds playing. You can set the timer between 1-60 minutes and, if desired, choose from an array of ambient sound/music options.
- Along the bottom menu, tap Tools on the far right side
- Tap Timer
- Set the amount of time
- Toggle the start bell on or off
- Note: regardless of the start bell turned on or off, there is always an end bell when the timer runs out so that you know the time has ended
- Select a sound option - you can choose to have no sound or choose from the many sound/music options, including:
- Nature sounds, meditation music, binaural beats & healing frequencies, sound baths, white noise & more
- Note: As you scroll over a sound option, a preview of the sound will play
- Tap Start Session and enjoy!
Note: Completed timer sessions will count towards your profile stats.
