To reset your password:
- Visit: https://www.unplug.app/reset-password
- Enter the email address that is associated with your Unplug account email and click Reset Password
- Check your email inbox and click the reset link that was sent to you
- Enter a new password and save
- Login on the mobile app or website with your new password
Please note: The reset password email will only come into your inbox if you enter an email address that is connected to an Unplug account. If you do not receive a reset password email, then your Unplug account is likely associated with a different email or login method.
Please note: This process only works if you login to your account using the email or Facebook option. If you have ever used Apple Sign In to login, you will need to continue logging in that way.
