When will I receive my award?
Monthly Challenge awards are added automatically when you complete the entire challenge playlist within the month the challenge is running.
For example, if a challenge runs from September 1–30, you’ll need to complete all of the meditations in the challenge playlist by September 30 to receive the award automatically.
What if I finish the playlist after the month ends or don’t receive my award?
If you started the challenge a few days late or needed more than 30 days to finish, we may still be able to add the award as long as you completed every meditation in the challenge playlist and finished during the following month.
Please email support@unplug.com and explain your situation. Our team will review your completed sessions and, if eligible, manually add the award to your account.
You can also contact us if you completed the full playlist within the challenge month but did not receive your award automatically.
