If you have an active subscription and are locked out of the app's paid videos and features, we apologize for the trouble! Please try various troubleshooting steps below:
- On the paywall screen, scroll down and click Restore Subscription
- If the app is able to locate your active subscription (through your Apple account on iOS devices or through your Google account on Android devices), then it should restore access after a few moments or within 24 hours.
- Try logging out of the app, then log back into your paid Unplug account.
- Try force closing the app, then re-open it.
- Try deleting the app completely from your device, then reinstall it from the App Store, then logging into your paid Unplug account.
