If you are experiencing a login error, your Unplug account might be associated with an alternative email address. We ask that you attempt to log in with all possible email addresses that could be associated with your account.
Alternatively, your Unplug account might be associated with a completely different login method such as Apple Sign-In or Facebook. If you have ever used Apple Sign-In to login to your account, you will need to continue logging in that way. If you have ever used Facebook to login, please try logging in with Facebook or try logging in with your Facebook account email.
Incorrect Password Troubleshooting:
If you have forgotten your password, not to worry! Please enter your Unplug account email on this page to have the reset link sent to your email inbox.
Please note: The reset password email will only come into your inbox if you enter an email address that is connected to an Unplug account. If you do not receive a reset password email, then your Unplug account is likely associated with a different email or login method.
